At Kamisamabs, we are committed to providing our guests with a seamless booking experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our reservations team.
  • Full refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date or for no-shows.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Guests will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under special discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, date changes or credits may be offered at our discretion.
