1. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings, depending on the rate plan.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not cause disturbance to other occupants.
• Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee may apply.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• All payments must be made in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation and refund policies apply as per our Refund Policy.

5. Liability

Kamisamabs will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
